Optimal Office 30

Optimal Office 30 is a modern single-glazed aluminium and glass fixed wall system. This system with no muntin bars provides a sense of lightness and allows maximum natural light to fill the space. Its innovative design seamlessly combines elegance and subtlety with exceptional performance, ensuring a high level of safety.

With the IVc use category, the Optimal Office 30 system can be installed at ceiling edges,
without the need for a balustrade. These parameters have been certified by the Mechanics Department of the Building Research Institute (ITB).

System compatibility, flexibility in interior design

Our single-glazed Optimal Office 30 and Optimal Office 30 Fire systems and Optimal Office 100 and Optimal Office 100 Fire double-glazed systems are fully compatible with each other.

Thanks to shared external components, such as gaskets and glazing beads, the (non-fire-rated) Optimal Office 30 system wall is visually identical to the fire-rated Optimal Office 30 Fire system wall.

Our solutions eliminate the compromise between the appearance of a bulky fire separation glass wall that encloses escape routes and corridors. Once installed, our fire-rated and non-rated walls look identical; they are delicate and aesthetically pleasing in appearance, yet safe and durable.

Loft-style interiors

Optimal Office 30 is also offered in a loft-style version, featuring stick-on system muntin bars made from aluminium profiles.

The safety and compliance of the Optimal Office 30 and Optimal Office 30 Fire systems with ETAG 003 are confirmed by the European Technical Assessment.
