OPTIMAL SYSTEM Sławomir Więsyk has received a subsidy from the European Union for the project ‘Implementation of a design strategy for Więsyk Sławomir Europlast by introducing innovative product lines of mobile walls’.

The project will involve the following tasks:

Task 1: Consultancy service for conducting a design audit and developing a design concept

Task: 2 Purchase of fixed assets:

– a horizontal panel saw
– a panel saw exhaust
– a vertical dimension saw
– a forklift truck
– a four-way forklift truck
– a vacuum manipulator for panels
– a cutting and milling plotter
– plotter exhausts, a double-head saw and a milling machine (3 units)
– a bonding line
– a GEKA punching machine
– a post milling machine
– a double-head saw
– a single-head saw
– a screw compressor with tank and dryer
– a table drill
– a boring and drilling machine
– a machining centre

Task 3: Consultancy service for the development of a functional, technological and material concept (implementation of a design strategy)

Task 4: Consultancy service for the development of designs, prototypes, testing and implementation of new designs (implementation of a design strategy)

Task 5: Consultancy service for the design of marketing materials

The project is aimed at the company’s new and existing customers.

Its main objective is to introduce 4 new product lines to the company’s offer, featuring unique designs while utilising the technical advantages of OPTIMAL POLAND’s proven systems.

Project value: PLN 3,232,686.00 (three million two hundred and thirty-two thousand six hundred and eighty-six zlotys, 00/100 groszy)

Amount of contribution from European Funds: PLN 1,607,420.00 (one million six hundred and seven thousand four hundred and twenty zlotys, 00/100 groszy)

OPTIMAL SYSTEM Sławomir Więsyk

has received a EU grant for the project entitled “Implementation of a customised ERP system for managing all processes within a manufacturing enterprise based on innovative and automation-driven digital technologies.”

The project will involve the following tasks:

1. Procurement of intangible assets, specifically specialist digital solutions in the form of an ERP-class system, along with acquisition of fixed assets required for the implementation of a new ERP system.

2. Procurement of a customisation service, involving the implementation of specialised digital solutions tailored to the specific needs and operations of the company.

3. Procurement of a training service focused on digital competencies, including staff training in the operation of the system and use of the technology.

The target groups of the project are the company’s staff and B2B clients, particularly SMEs such as hotels, conference and banquet venues, universities, schools, museums and libraries, located in the Lublin Voivodeship and across Poland.

The project is designed to implement an innovative, customised ERP-class system at OPTIMAL SYSTEM Sławomir Więsyk, a manufacturing company specialising in partition walls, mobile walls and sliding doors. The system will support all processes, from order placement to final delivery, covering technological and logistical process management, including supply chain coordination.

The outcome of the project will be the implementation of a customised ERP-class system that will streamline the management of all operational processes within the company. The system will enable the optimisation of project management processes, cost control in production and improved logistics, all contributing to better operational efficiency for the company. Staff will receive training on the use of the new system and its functionalities, leading to an improvement in their digital skills.

is executing a project entitled
“Implementation of a business model for the internationalisation of Europlast into new foreign markets.”

as part of the Operational Programme Eastern Poland 2014–2020, Priority Axis I: Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland, Measure 1.2: Internationalisation of SMEs, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

The project is designed to implement a Business Model for Internationalisation (BMI) related to
the introduction of Europlast products to a new foreign market.
This will contribute to increased business activity of the company, strengthening Elastoplast’s position in the selected international market.

Expected outcomes:
Growth in product sales and increased brand awareness of Optimal.

Value of eligible costs: PLN 636 900,00

OPTIMAL SYSTEM SŁAWOMIR WIĘSYK

has obtained a EU grant for the project entitled “Development of a business model for the circular economy transformation for Więsyk Sławomir Europlast.”

The company is in the initial phase of integrating circular economy practices into its business activities.

The project is primarily targeted at Optimal System Sławomir Więsyk. Both the company and its collaborating partners will benefit from it.

The key goal of the project is to develop a comprehensive strategy for implementing the circular economy (CE) business model. The project will include activities such as a company analysis, evaluation of the entrepreneur’s readiness and capacity to adopt circular economy practices, assessment of business areas and the product life cycle in terms of innovation, formulation of key assumptions and strategic planning for business model implementation. Additionally, the project aims to tailor the business model to the specific product characteristics of the company’s manufactured goods and align it with the overall business profile.
