The IVc use category according to ETAG 003, confirmed by the Building Research Institute, permits the use of Optimal Office 100 Fire aluminium and glass walls with no muntin bars at ceiling edges, without the need for a balustrade.
System compatibility, flexibility in interior design
Our double-glazed Optimal Office 100 Fire and Optimal Office 100 systems and single-glazed Optimal Office 30 and Optimal Office 30 Fire systems are fully compatible with each other.
Thanks to shared external components, such as gaskets and glazing beads, the Optimal Office 100 Fire fire separation wall is visually identical to the OPTIMAL Office 100 Fire fire separation wall.
Our solutions eliminate the compromise between the appearance of a bulky fire separation glass wall that encloses escape routes and corridors. Once installed, our fire-rated and non-rated walls look identical; they are delicate and aesthetically pleasing in appearance, yet safe and durable.
