We are proud to present the latest product – laminated MDF boards with micro-perforation. This is not only a unique solution in our range, but also a first in Poland. OPTIMAL Poland is the country’s first manufacturer to introduce this technology to the market for mobile walls and wall claddings for offices. The new boards combine a high level of sound absorption with a modern appearance. We offer two micro-perforation variants:

• SUPREME – hole diameter: from 0.5 mm – spacing of 2 mm
• MEDIUM – hole diameter: from 0.5 mm – spacing of 6 mm

As a manufacturer of laminated and perforated boards, we have our own machinery park enabling us to laminate MDF boards with any finish: melamine, CPL laminate, HPL laminate, natural veneer, or reconstituted veneer.

Micro-Perforation – Effective and Discreet Technology

Micro-perforation, also known as nano-perforation, efficiently absorbs sound, reduces echo, and improves acoustic comfort in interiors. The tiny holes allow sound waves to pass into the sound-absorbing layer of the material. At the same time, they are so small that they remain invisible from a distance. This makes micro-perforated MDF boards an excellent choice for projects where interior aesthetics are a priority. They are particularly well-suited for offices, conference rooms, cultural venues, hotels, and modern apartments.
