Optimal Office 80 Fire is a double-glazed aluminium and glass fixed fire separation wall system with no muntin bars.
The sound insulation of Rw 48 dB, certified by the Building Research Institute (ITB), along with the IVc use category rating according to ETAG003, confirm the versatility of Optimal Office 80 Loft Line Fire walls for modern office environments, industrial buildings and production halls.
The system is offered in the EI30 fire-rated version.
The safety of the Optimal Office 80 Loft Line and Optimal Office 80 Loft Line Fire systems is confirmed by the European Technical Assessment issued by the Technical Assessment Unit of the Building Research Institute (ITB).
